eXtra to disburse SAR 160m cash dividends for H1-26

Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of United Electronics Company (eXtra) has approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 160 million for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The payout represents 20% of the company’s nominal share value, according to a bourse filing.

The retail company confirmed that the distribution will target 80 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 2 per share. The eligibility date for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) is 10 August 2026.

Payment is scheduled to commence on 20 August 2026, via direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholder investment portfolios through Al Rajhi Bank.

The company noted that a 5% withholding tax will apply to dividends paid to non-resident investors in accordance with local income tax regulations.

Shareholders with tax exemptions are advised to contact the company’s investor relations department to provide supporting documentation before the payment date.

At the end of June 2026, the group’s net profits jumped by 2.38% to SAR 197.23 million from SAR 192.65 million in the same period last year.
