Riyadh – Mubasher: National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) posted 73.49% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at SAR 66.10 million for the first half (H1) of 2026, compared to SAR 38.10 million.
The company attributed the growth to a rise in export sales and a significant increase in profit shares from associate firms, particularly Guardian RAK, which resumed normal operations following maintenance work conducted between February and April 2025.
Revenue for the six-month period reached SAR 71.80 million, up 9.95% from SAR 65.30 million a year earlier. For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, the company posted a net profit of SAR 33.40 million, a 67% increase compared to SAR 20 million.
Quarterly revenue rose by 9.64% YoY to SAR 34.10 million, supported by export growth, though it declined by 9.54% from the previous quarter due to lower production volumes.
Operating results for H1-26 showed a loss of SAR 200,000 compared to a profit of SAR 3.60 million in the prior-year period. Earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 2.01 from SAR 1.16.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, hit SAR 863 million as of30 June 2026.
