Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company has inked a contract with Algihaz Contracting for the supply of steel towers valued at SAR 135.65 million.
The agreement supports the construction of a 380 kV ultra-high voltage transmission line located in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
The contract has a duration of one year, with supply operations scheduled to commence in March 2027.
According to the regulatory filing, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to begin appearing in the company’s financial results during the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. This award follows the official signing and notification date of 5 October 2026.
Al Yamamah Steel specializes in the manufacture and supply of steel products for the energy and construction sectors within the Kingdom.
