Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company appointed Fahad Abdullah Al Khunaini as the new chairman of its board of directors.
The decision follows a board meeting held on 1 July 2026 to address a leadership transition within the company, according to a bourse filing.
The appointment comes after the resignation of the previous chairman, Hatem Ali Barajash, who stepped down from the head of the board effective 1 July.
Barajash cited personal circumstances for his decision to vacate the chairmanship. Despite his resignation from the leadership post, he will retain his position as a member of the board of directors.
The board expressed its appreciation for the efforts of the outgoing chairman, noting his role in supporting the company’s operations and strategic objectives during his tenure.
The transition is effective immediately as of the board's vote on 1 July 2026
