Tihama Advertising loses appeal in MEFIC Capital lawsuit

Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company announced that the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes has issued a final decision upholding a previous ruling against the company.

The decision confirms the rejection of Tihama’s claims in its lawsuit against Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital), which was acting in its capacity as the manager of the Saudi Film Fund.

The legal proceedings began on 29 October 2025 when Tihama first filed the case before the committee.

On 31 May 2026, the company disclosed that the preliminary committee had rejected its requests, prompting Tihama to file an appeal within the statutory period.
