Tihama Advertising expands board leadership with new appointment

Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company has announced the appointment of Fahad Abdullah Al Khunaini to its board of directors to fill a vacant seat.

The decision, finalized via a board resolution by circulation on 1 July 2026, marks a strategic addition to the company’s leadership as it navigates its current board term, which is scheduled to conclude on 26 November 2027.

The appointment of Al Khunaini as an independent member is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its governance framework and leverage diverse professional expertise.

While the board has approved the appointment effective immediately from the date of the resolution, the company clarified that the decision remains provisional.

In accordance with Saudi regulatory requirements and corporate governance protocols, the appointment will be presented at the next general assembly meeting for formal shareholder ratification.

Fahad Abdullah Al Khunaini brings a robust background in diversified business sectors to Tihama. A graduate of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language obtained in 2002, Al Khunaini has since established himself as a prominent businessman and investor.

His professional career spans over a decade, during which he has cultivated extensive experience in real estate development, investment management, hospitality, and the industrial sector.

Currently, Al Khunaini holds several high-level leadership positions, including Partner and General Manager of Urban Energies for Real Estate Investment and Development.

He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Mineral Energies Company. Beyond these roles, he owns and manages a portfolio of entities operating within the real estate and hotel sectors. His expertise is particularly noted in the areas of corporate founding, business development, executive management, and corporate governance.

Furthermore, he has a proven track record in overseeing the execution of strategic and operational plans aimed at fostering organizational growth and long-term sustainability.

The integration of Al Khunaini into the board comes at a time when Tihama is focused on its strategic objectives. His background in investment and industrial oversight is expected to complement the existing board’s capabilities in supervising the company’s operational trajectory. The company noted that no objections from official authorities were applicable to this specific appointment process.
