Riyadh – Mubasher: Altharwah Albashariyyah Company disclosed the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sadu Business Solutions to establish a framework for strategic cooperation.
The agreement was penned on 7 July 2026, carrying a duration of 24 months and is subject to renewal upon written consent from both parties, according to a bourse filing.
The partnership aims to leverage the integrated capabilities of both firms across several sectors, including management consulting, technical solutions, training, and human resources services.
Under the terms of the MoU, the companies will identify areas of mutual interest, exchange investment insights, and study the formation of alliances for major projects.
The company stated that the MoU does not impose any immediate financial obligations on either party.
Consequently, no financial impact can be determined at this stage.
Tharwah confirmed that any material developments or the signing of definitive executive agreements will be disclosed in future filings, noting that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
