Riyadh - Mubasher: United International Holding Company (Tasheel) reported a net profit of SAR 48.22 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, representing a 19.36% decrease from SAR 59.80 million.
The company attributed the decline to a slowdown in finance portfolio growth amid market conditions and ongoing investments in operational infrastructure to support long-term strategy.
Quarterly revenue rose by 6.53% to SAR 204.96 million, up from SAR 192.40 million a year earlier. This growth was supported by the finance portfolio reaching SAR 3.20 billion, a 13.6% increase compared to the corresponding period. However, operating profit for the quarter fell by 18.19% to SAR 55.23 million.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 112.61 million, down 4.25% from SAR 117.61 million in the first half of the previous year.
Total revenue for the six-month period grew by 11.76% to SAR 410.22 million. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.52, compared to SAR 1.57 in the prior-year period, following a capital increase approved on 10 May 2026.
Total shareholders' equity increased by 22.61% to SAR 1.51 billion.
