Riyadh — Mubasher: Taleem REIT Fund announced a cash dividend distribution to unitholders totaling SAR 9.18 million for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
The distribution will be granted to 51 million outstanding units, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.18 per unit. This payout represents 1.20% of the fund’s net asset value as of 30 June 2026.
Eligibility for the dividends is set for unit holders registered at the end of 4 November. The fund manager stated that the payment process will be completed within 15 business days following the eligibility date.
Saudi Fransi Capital urged unitholders to update their bank account details with their respective capital market institutions to ensure the direct deposit of their entitlements.
The fund’s total asset value based on the latest valuation stands at SAR 1.08 billion, while the net asset value (NAV) is reported at SAR 766.31 million.
