Riyadh — Mubasher: National Environmental Recycling Company (Tadweer) announced a significant increase in its financial performance for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
The company reported a net profit of SAR 31.52 million, representing a 186.50% increase compared to the SAR 11 million recorded during the same period in the previous year.
This growth was primarily driven by a substantial rise in production capacity and a robust expansion in both domestic and export sales volumes.
The company’s revenue for Q3 reached SAR 780.87 million, a 202.04% increase from the SAR 258.53 million generated in Q3-25.
This top-line growth was supported by a 73% increase in total quantities sold. On a segmental basis, export sales surged by approximately 212%, while domestic sales grew by 174% year-on-year (YoY).
Additionally, the company benefited from new revenue streams generated through recycling services introduced during Q3-26.
Operational efficiency also saw marked improvement, with operating profit rising by 198.10% to reach SAR 43.19 million.
Gross profit for Q3 stood at SAR 48.21 million, up 176.70% from the previous year.
When compared to Q2-26, Tadweer maintained its upward trajectory. Revenues rose by 20.45%, while net profit grew by 48%.
The company attributed the quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) profit growth to higher sales volumes, improved collection of accounts receivable, which led to lower expected credit loss provisions, and more efficient debt management that resulted in reduced financing costs.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2026, the company’s net profit reached SAR 73.29 million, a 94.72% increase over the SAR 37.64 million reported in the corresponding period of 2025. Total revenues exceeded SAR 1.92 billion, marking a 154.78% YoY leap.
