Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) witnessed the execution of six negotiated deals totaling SAR 79.95 million on 27 July 2026.
These off-market transactions involved a combined volume of 2.46 million shares across five listed entities.
SABIC Agri-Nutrients recorded the highest individual transaction value, with 170,000 shares for a total of SAR 20.97 million.
Meanwhile, Riyad Bank saw two separate transactions, which led to the highest combined value of more than SAR 27.21 million.
The first deal on the bank involved 800,000 shares for SAR 16.72 million, while the second consisted of 500,000 shares totaling SAR 10.49 million in value.
SABIC followed closely with a deal valued at SAR 20.88 million involving 400,000 shares.
Other activity included a transaction for Banque Saudi Fransi involving 400,000 shares as well as Gas Arabian Services with 194,000 shares.
Negotiated deals are trades executed by a buyer and seller outside the regular order book but within the exchange's price fluctuation limits.
