Tadawul records SAR 12.5m negotiated deals on 19 July

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) witnessed the execution of three negotiated deals on Sunday with a total value of SAR 12.47 million.

These transactions involved a combined volume of 500,000 shares across two listed companies.

Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) recorded the largest transaction by value during the session. The deal involved 150,000 shares at a price of SAR 40.70 per share, resulting in a total turnover of SAR 6.10 million.

Taiba Investments Company accounted for the remaining two transactions, both executed at a price of SAR 18.19 per share. The first deal for the company comprised 185,000 shares valued at SAR 3.36 million, while the second involved 165,000 shares worth SAR 3 million.

Negotiated deals are trades independently agreed upon by a buyer and a seller and executed outside the regular order book.

These transactions must comply with the exchange's regulations regarding price limits and do not affect the stock's closing price, opening price, or daily highs and lows.
