Tadawul discloses termination of SNB Capital agreement for Alkhabeer Capital’s fund

Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has approved a request from SNB Capital, of the Saudi National Bank (SNB), to terminate its market making mandate for the Alkhabeer Growth and Income Traded Fund of Alkhabeer Capital.

The cessation of market making activities for the fund is scheduled to take effect on 23 July 2026, according to an official statement.

This decision follows the exchange's regulatory framework governing market making agreements, which are designed to ensure liquidity and price stability for listed securities.

SNB Capital had previously been appointed to provide these services for the fund to facilitate efficient trading on the main market.

No further details regarding the reasons for the termination or the appointment of a replacement market maker were disclosed in the exchange filing.
