Riyadh – Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) announced that the board of directors accepted the resignation of independent director Hatem Ali Taleb Barghash.
The resignation was submitted and approved by the board via circulation on 5 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation is effective as of 5 July 2026. Barghash originally joined the board on 21 May 2026. The company stated that the departure was based on the member's own request.
However, TADCO did not immediately name a replacement for the vacant independent seat.
Last month, the company announced the results of its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), during which the shareholders approved the appointment of a new external auditor and ratified a recent board appointment.
