TADCO reconstitutes Audit Committee until 2028

Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) announced that its board of directors has approved the reconstitution of the audit committee, with changes scheduled to take effect on 27 November 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The reorganization of the committee will remain in place until the conclusion of the current board term on 11 August 2028.

TADCO noted that the changes follow the appointment of Matar Al Zahrani as Chairman of the Board effective 27 November.

In compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) corporate governance regulations, which prohibit the Chairman from serving on the audit committee, Al Zahrani will vacate his seat on the committee.

To fill the vacancy, the board appointed Abdullah Yousef Al Yousef, an independent director, as a new member. Al Yousef brings 19 years of professional experience and currently serves as Vice President of Infrastructure at the Saudi Railway Company.

The audit committee will be chaired by Assem Mohammed Al Hutaymi.

TADCO further noted that the committee will include Abdullah Yousef Al Yousef and Fahad Ahmed Al Humaidi, with the latter serving as an external member.
