Sumou Real Estate posts SAR 67m net profits in H1-26; revenues jump 62.5%

Riyadh - Mubasher: Sumou Real Estate Company achieved 12.87% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at SAR 67.10 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, versus SAR 59.44 million during the same period in 2025.

The company attributed the growth to higher revenues from real estate development projects and real estate services.

Total revenue for the half-year period reached SAR 334.20 million, up 62.50% from SAR 205.66 million a year earlier.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit fell by 15.13% to SAR 31.47 million compared to SAR 37.08 million in the prior-year quarter. The company noted that Q2-25 included a one-time gain of SAR 15.19 million from the sale of real estate investments.

Quarterly revenue stood at SAR 148.66 million, a 42.72% increase year-on-year (YoY), though it declined by 19.87% compared to Q1-26 due to project execution schedules.

Operating profit for the first half (H1) of 2026 rose by 62.14% to SAR 74.89 million. Earnings per share (EPS) for the period improved to SAR 1.34, up from SAR 1.19 in the previous year.

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, was reported at SAR 801.33 million as of 30 June 2026.

As of 31 March 2026, Sumou Real Estate logged net profits valued at SAR 35.62 million.
