Riyadh – Mubasher: Sport Clubs Company signed a land lease agreement on 26 July with the Municipality of Khamis Mushait Governorate valued at SAR 22.75 million, excluding value-added tax.
The contract covers the investment, construction, and operation of two new sports clubs on a 5,550 square meter plot located in the Al Bawadi district on Prince Sultan Road.
The fitness centers will operate under the company’s Body Masters and Body Motions brands. The lease term commenced on 26 July, and is scheduled to conclude on 28 January 2051.
This project is part of the company's broader expansion strategy to increase its branch network and presence across various regions of Saudi Arabia.
Sport Clubs expects a positive financial impact once construction is finalized, necessary licenses are obtained, and operations begin.
With the addition of this site, Sport Clubs now has14 projects either under construction or awaiting the required permits to begin the building process. The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
On 1 July, the company announced the reopening of its Body Masters Premium branch in the Shubra district of Riyadh.
