Sport Clubs generates 101% leap in Q2-26 net profit

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Sport Clubs Company jumped by 100.89% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 13.79 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, compared to SAR 6.87 million.

The profit surge was supported by quarterly revenues rising by 26.03% to SAR 106.38 million, compared to SAR 84.41 million a year earlier.

The company attributed the growth to a 31.20% rise in Sport Clubs subscription revenues and a 77.90% increase in personal training and health services income.

During the quarter, the company opened five new clubs, bringing its total operating network to 63 locations. Active membership reached 168,400 by 30 June 2026, a 22.50% increase YoY.

For the first six months (6M) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 18.20 million, up 77.13% from SAR 10.27 million in the prior-year period. Half-year revenues climbed by 15.37% to SAR 192.49 million.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period improved to SAR 0.15, compared to SAR 0.09 in the previous year.

The results were further bolstered by the absence of one-time listing costs of SAR 445,462 recorded in Q2-25.

In July, Sport Clubs inked a SAR 22.75 million land lease agreement with the Municipality of Khamis Mushait Governorate.
