Riyadh – Mubasher: Sinad Holding Company incurred net losses valued at SAR 1.80 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, lower by 40% than SAR 3 million in Q2-25.
The company attributed the narrower loss to a 12.42% rise in quarterly revenue, which reached SAR 458.10 million, driven by strengthened sales across distribution channels and seasonal demand.
Operating profit for the quarter rose by 28.45% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 29.80 million, supported by higher gross margins and foreign exchange gains. On a sequential basis, the net loss decreased by 88.54% from the SAR 15.70 million loss reported in Q1-26.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net loss widened to SAR 17.50 million, compared to SAR 5.80 million in the prior-year period.
This half-year performance was impacted by unrealized losses from the revaluation of financial investments and higher administrative and selling expenses.
Total revenue for the six-month period stood at SAR 890.50 million, up from SAR 816.60 million.
Loss per share for H1-26 was SAR 0.14, while total shareholders' equity decreased to SAR 1.02 billion.
