Riyadh – Mubasher: Shalfa Facilities Management Company announced the signing of a contract valued at SAR 35.92 million with the Ministry of Interior, including value-added tax.
The agreement covers the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the 911 Unified Security Operations Center building located in the Madinah region, according to a bourse filing.
The contract signing follows an initial award notification received by the company on 31 May 2026. According to the regulatory filing, the duration of the service agreement is 36 months.
Shalfa stated that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
The company expects the financial impact of this contract to be reflected in its results starting from the second half (H2) of 2026.
This project aligns with the company's ongoing operations in providing facility management services for critical government infrastructure within the Kingdom.
