Riyadh – Mubasher: Shalfa Facilities Management Company has signed a contract with Tatweer Building Company valued at SAR 366.49 million, excluding value-added tax.
The agreement, signed on 7 July 2026, covers the provision of cleaning, maintenance, and gatekeeper services for school buildings and private institutes in the Al Qassim region.
It falls under a broader framework agreement for integrated facility management services in the Central Region, which was originally awarded on 3 April 2025 and signed on 29 April 2025.
This specific work order follows an award notification previously received by the company on 14 June 2026. Shalfa Facilities confirmed it received the fully executed copy of the work order on 15 July.
The project has a duration of 26 months. The company expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the second half (H2) of 2026.
Meanwhile, there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
The listed company sealed a SAR 35.92 million deal with the Ministry of Interior, including value-added tax.
