Riyadh – Mubasher: Service Equipment Company penned a supply agreement with Valvoline Arabic Oil on 15 July 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
Under the terms of the contract, Service Equipment will serve as the designated supplier for automotive maintenance equipment, including oil tanks, pumps, reels, and related accessories.
The agreement specifies that the company will also be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment to ensure operational readiness and performance efficiency. Its duration is set for 12 months starting from 15 July 2026 and features an automatic renewal clause.
The total financial value of the agreement is not fixed, as it depends on the volume and value of products delivered under purchase orders issued during the contract term.
Service Equipment stated that this partnership aligns with its corporate strategy to strengthen its market presence and enhance competitiveness within the Saudi Arabian market. The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
In June, the shareholders approved the financial performance for the 2025 fiscal year and granted the Board of Directors the authority to distribute interim dividends for 2026.
