Riyadh – Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company announced the formation of its audit committee for a new four-year term following a board resolution passed by circulation.
The new term commenced on 31 July 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 30 July 2030, aligning with the current board of directors' tenure.
The committee is chaired by Louai Ali Ahmed Al Sartawi, an external member with over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and governance.
Al Sartawi, who holds CPA and CFE certifications, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Al Mahmal Facilities Services.
The board also appointed Mohammed Ibrahim Abdulmohsen Al Haqeel, a non-executive member and licensed legal consultant specializing in commercial and real estate law, and Muneer Ahmed Mohammed Al Sari, an independent member with expertise in investment and portfolio management.
The appointments were finalized during a board meeting held on 1 August 2026.
