Riyadh – Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company received a contract award notice from the Ministry of Justice for a project valued at SAR 95 million.
The contract, which includes value-added tax, covers the completion of construction for several judicial buildings in the Eastern Province, according to a bourse filing issued on 6 July 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will complete the construction of the General Court in Abqaiq as well as Notary Public buildings in Hafar Al Batin and Al Khobar. The project is scheduled for a duration of 24 months.
Scientific and Medical Equipment House expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction and stated it will announce further material developments once the final version of the contract is signed and received.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House invited its shareholders to attend the fourth Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), scheduled for 27 July 2026. The meeting features a comprehensive agenda including the election of a new Board of Directors for a four-year term and several significant amendments to the company’s Articles of Association.
