Riyadh - Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company was awarded a contract valued at SAR 199.75 million by the Ministry of Health with Asir Health Cluster.
The project focuses on the maintenance and repair of medical devices and equipment across various hospitals and health centers within the Asir region. The contract is set for a duration of five years.
According to the company disclosure, the financial impact of this award is expected to begin appearing in the company’s financial results during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
The company clarified that the award notification does not constitute a legal or financial obligation for either party until the formal contract is signed by all involved stakeholders.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House stated it would announce further material developments regarding the final contract signing in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
No related parties were identified in the transaction.
The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) temporarily suspended the trading of Scientific & Medical Equipment House on 26 July.
