Saudi Sukuk, Bonds Market closes Monday lower; Al Rajhi Sukuk dominates liquidity

Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Sukuk and Bonds market index finished Monday's session, 20 July 2026, in negative territory, declining 0.78% to close at 4,825.94 points.

Total trading value reached SAR 11.67 million, driven largely by activity in the banking sector's debt instruments, while declining issues significantly outnumbered gainers by a seven-to-one ratio.

The market index shed 38.02 points during the session, with 57 instruments remaining unchanged.

Total trading volume for the day reached 11,635,000 units.

The session was characterized by a broad retreat across most active instruments, with only one sukuk recording a price increase.

ALRAJHI SUKUK PERP (1113) led the market in both value and volume, accounting for SAR 10.66 million in turnover through the exchange of 10.63 million units.

The instrument closed down 0.49% at SAR 100.20, while other liquid instruments also saw downward pressure, including CENOMI CENTERS SUKUK 11/2031 (5023), which fell 0.05% to SAR 101.25 on SAR 400,000 in turnover.

RAYA SUKUK PREP (5024) also declined 0.19% to SAR 102.80.

BIDAYA SUKUK 03/2029 (5025) stood as the sole gainer of the session, rising 0.20% to reach SAR 101 with a traded value of SAR 170,000.

On the decliners' list, SAUDI GERMAN HEALTH SUKUK 03/2029 (5019) recorded the steepest drop, falling 0.60% to SAR 99.50, followed by RAWASI SUKUK 03/2030 (5021) which lost 0.30% to close at SAR 98.20.

IOUD SUKUK 05/2031 (5026) decreased by 0.29% to SAR 100.50, while AQASEEM SUKUK 05/2030 (5022) edged lower by 0.09% to finish at SAR 97.90.
