Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Sukuk and Bonds Market index finished Sunday's session, 19 July 2026, in negative territory, declining by 1.19% to close at 4,863.96 points.
Total trading value for the day reached SAR 6.35 million, driven largely by activity in financial and real estate related debt instruments, as the market saw eight advancing issues against seven decliners.
The market index shed 58.45 points during the session, ending at 4,863.96 points.
Trading activity saw a total of 6.41 million units exchanged across the platform.
Market breadth remained relatively neutral despite the index drop, with 48 issues remaining unchanged from their previous levels.
In the primary gainers list, AQASEEM SUKUK 05/2030 (5022) led the market with a 3.03% increase to close at SAR 97.99. It was followed by IOUD SUKUK 05/2031 (5026), which rose 0.79% to SAR 100.79, and KSA Sukuk 2024-04-12 (5344), which gained 0.53% to reach SAR 101.45.
Other notable gainers included RAWASI SUKUK 03/2030 (5021) up 0.51% and ALRAJHI SUKUK PERP (1113) which edged up 0.30%.
On the declining side, BIDAYA SUKUK 03/2029 (5025) recorded the sharpest drop, falling 1.08% to SAR 100.80.
RAYA SUKUK PREP (5024) declined by 0.58% to SAR 103.00, while several sovereign issues also faced downward pressure, including KSA Sukuk 2021-01-12 (5308) down 0.39% and KSA Sukuk 2021-03-10 (5309) which lost 0.30%.
Liquidity was heavily concentrated in ALRAJHI SUKUK PERP (1113), which dominated both value and volume charts. The instrument saw SAR 4.5 million in turnover through the trading of 4.48 million units.
CENOMI CENTERS SUKUK 11/2031 (5023) followed with roughly SAR 450,000 in value, while RAYA SUKUK PREP (5024) and SAUDI GERMAN HEALTH SUKUK 03/2029 (5019) recorded turnovers of about SAR 320,000 and nearly SAR 300,000 respectively.
Among sovereign instruments, KSA Sukuk 2020-07-15 (5303) was the most active with approximately SAR 170,000 in traded value.
