Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Company (SVCP) disclosed that its board of directors has approved the appointment of the Chairman and members of the audit committee for a new four-year session.
The term is scheduled to begin on 18 October 2026 and will conclude on 17 October 2030, according to a bourse filing.
The board appointed Sulaiman Nasser Jibran Al Hatlan Al Qahtani, an independent member, as the Audit Committee Chairman.
Al Qahtani brings more than 25 years of experience in financial and accounting consultancy, having earned a master’s degree in accounting in 1998.
The new committee will oversee the company’s internal controls, financial reporting, and audit processes throughout the designated term.
Moreover, it also includes independent members Sulaiman bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Dakhil and Saleh bin Badr Al Sane.
Al Dakhil possesses over 30 years of experience in the piping industry and infrastructure sector, while Al Sane specializes in financial planning, governance, and strategic management.
The appointments were finalized during a board meeting held on 18 October 2026.
