Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Company (SVCP) disclosed the board of directors' resolution to appoint Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud, a non-executive member, as the Chairman of the Board, according to a bourse filing.
The board also approved the appointment of Saad Saud Al Sayari, an executive member, as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
The appointments follow the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) held on 30 September 2026, where shareholders elected the board for a new session.
The current term commenced on 18 October 2026 and is scheduled to run for a duration of four years, concluding on 17 October 2030.
Additionally, SVCP confirmed the formation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Sulaiman Nasser Jibran Al Hatlan Al Qahtani, an independent member, will chair the committee, joined by Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Faisal Al Saud and Abdullah Sulaiman Al-Dabaan as members.
The company stated that the formation of the Audit Committee will be announced separately at a later date in compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.
SVCP confirmed that all board and committee appointments became effective as of 18 October 2026.
