The healthcare provider’s quarterly revenue rose by 5.66% to SAR 401.33 million, supported by a 10.90% increase in outpatient visits and the continued ramp-up of new clinics opened during 2025.

Operational efficiency gains and lower financing costs helped expand the net profit margin to 11.30%, versus 9.60% a year earlier. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter reached SAR 82.8M, reflecting a margin of 20.60%.

On 3 June, SMC Healthcare distributed SAR 80 million in dividends for the 2025 fiscal year.
