Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Mukhtas Al Sehi Medical, a subsidiary of Specialized Medical Company (SMC Healthcare), officially signed a contract with the Saudi Ministry of Health to manage and operate the SABIC Specialist Hospital for Behavioral Care.
The signing took place on 25 July 2026, following the initial award of the government project.
The company issued this update as a follow-up to its previous disclosure on 26 July. The announcement serves to confirm the formal execution date of the agreement.
SMC Healthcare stated that there are no additional financial impacts resulting from this update beyond what was previously disclosed.
All other terms and details regarding the hospital operations project remain unchanged.
