Riyadh – Mubasher: SHL Finance Company has renewed its Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement valued at SAR 1.82 billion with Arab National Bank (ANB), according to a bourse disclosure.
The financing carries a maturity period of five years and is secured by a promissory note and the assignment of receivables to the bank as collateral.
The company stated that the primary objective of renewing these facilities is to expand its operations and increase sales volume through new financing provided to customers, in alignment with its long-term corporate strategy.
The transaction involves a related party, as SHL Finance board member Obaid bin Abdullah Al Rasheed also serves as the Managing Director and CEO of ANB. The company confirmed that the agreement constitutes ongoing business conducted within the normal course of operations under prevailing commercial terms, without any preferential conditions.
The facility is subject to annual renewal as part of the company's regular financial activities.
At the end of March 2026, the group’s net profits attributable to the owners climbed by 33.53% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 18.81 million from SAR 14.08 million.
