Riyadh – Mubasher: Masafi Ventures, a unit of Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO), has completed the acquisition of an 85% equity stake in Lawazim Advanced Industries.
The transaction, valued at SAR 12 million, involved the purchase of shares from the seller, Adwaa Al Khalil Contracting Company.
