Rawasi Albina shareholders to vote on SAR 5.5m dividends, board remuneration

Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company has invited its shareholders to an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for 17 August 2026.

The equityholders will vote on a proposed cash dividend distribution of SAR 5.50 million for the 2025 fiscal year.

The dividend disbursement represents SAR 0.10 per share for 55,000,000 shares, according to a bourse filing.

Moreover, it follows a year where the company reported a net loss of SAR 23.80 million.

Shareholders will also vote on a board remuneration payment totaling SAR 630,666.67 for the 2025 fiscal year.

Meanwhile, the meeting agenda includes a proposal to authorize the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2026.

The meeting comes as the company addresses several audit qualifications, including a SAR 20.3 million capital project in Yanbu where the market value was estimated at SAR 18.5 million, in addition to a SAR 13.8 million lease-to-own property agreement.

Despite a net loss and negative operating cash flows of SAR 17 million, management maintains its ability to continue operations.

The assembly will also review the appointment of Saad Ammash Al Shammari as an independent director to complete the current board term ending on 12 September 2026.
