Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company revised the payment schedule for 2025 cash dividends, shifting the disbursement date from 30 July 2026 to 20 August.
The company confirmed that the eligibility date for shareholders remains unchanged from the previous announcement made on 7 May 2026.
The rescheduling is necessary to complete administrative arrangements and coordinate bank transfers with relevant financial authorities.
Dividends will be distributed via direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to shareholders' investment portfolios.
This update follows the initial board of directors' decision regarding the 2025 distributions, which was first disclosed on 7 May 2026.
The company stated there are no additional costs associated with this change in the payment timeline.
Meanwhile, the shareholder will vote on a proposed cash dividend distribution of SAR 5.50 million for 2025.
