Riyadh — Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) reported a 22.47% decline in annual net profit to SAR 1.19 million for the fiscal year (FY) which ended on 30 June 2026.
The annual net income was down from SAR 1.53 million in FY24/25, according to the financial results.
Purity Tech attributed the decline to a compression in profit margins as the cost of revenues rose by 8.51%, outstripping top-line growth.
Annual revenues increased by 3.67% to SAR 98.55 million, compared to SAR 95.06 million as of 30 June 2025.
The company noted that revenue growth was driven by expanding its customer base in both the public and private sectors, alongside strong demand for cybersecurity and managed IT services.
However, gross profit fell by 24.72% to SAR 10.42 million, with the gross profit margin narrowing to 10.58% from 14.57% due to logistical pressures and supply-demand factors affecting IT infrastructure projects.
Operating profit for the July 2025-June 2026 period dropped by 64.03% to SAR 1.59 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) were recorded at SAR 0.06, down from SAR 0.08. Meanwhile, total shareholders' equity rose by 2.78% to SAR 41.91 billion at the end of June 2026.
The company noted that the weighted average number of shares was adjusted to reflect a capital increase from SAR 15 million to SAR 20 million through a bonus share issue approved on 22 September 2026.
