Riyadh – Mubasher: Pinnacle Capital Company changed its name to Alqimma Alawla Company for Investment, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced on Tuesday, 14 July 2026.
The CMA stated that the notification was processed in accordance with the Capital Market Law, issued under Royal Decree No. (M/30), and its executive regulations.
The move follows standard administrative procedures for listed entities adjusting their corporate branding within the Saudi financial markets.
