Riyadh — Mubasher: Nayifat Finance Company reported a net profit of SAR 82.37 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
The net income marked a 38.5% increase from the SAR 59.47 million recorded during the same period in 2025.
Nayifat attributed the bottom-line growth to a reduction in operating expenses and the positive impact of recovery efforts, which led to a net reversal of expected credit loss provisions.
For the nine-month period, total revenue fell by 12.49% to SAR 225.35 million from SAR 257.52 million in 9M-25.
The company stated that the revenue decline was primarily due to a strategic shift toward higher-quality credit segments and a decrease in the net financing portfolio caused by early settlements.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the 9M-26 period rose to SAR 0.71 compared to SAR 0.50 in 9M-25.
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, Nayifat posted a net profit worth SAR 22.29 million, a 9.53% increase over the SAR 20.35 million in Q3-25.
However, quarterly revenue decreased by 20.54% to SAR 69.62 million.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 1.32 billion as of 30 September 2026, down 8.12% from SAR 1.44 billion at the end of September 2025.
