National Signage announces SAR 31m purchase order from Ministry of Finance

Riyadh – Mubasher: National Signage Industrial Company has announced the receipt of a significant purchase order from the Saudi Ministry of Finance for the supply of aluminum materials.

The order, valued at SAR 30.77 million including value-added tax (VAT), was issued under an existing framework agreement previously detailed in the company’s investment prospectus.

This contract involves the provision of aluminum in various sizes specifically designated for the manufacturing of both long and short vehicle registration plates.

The official award and signing of the purchase order took place on 13 July 2026. This transaction is categorized as a general supply project and falls under the broader strategic partnership between the company and the Ministry of Finance.

According to the disclosure, the contractual period for the fulfillment of this order is set for one year.

The procurement of these materials is a continuation of the operational roadmap established during the company’s initial public offering phase. By referencing the framework agreement disclosed in its prospectus, National Signage underscores its commitment to transparency and the execution of long-term strategic goals.

The aluminum supplied under this order will serve as the primary raw material for the production of national vehicle identification plates, a core segment of the company’s industrial output.

From a financial perspective, the company anticipates a phased impact on its fiscal performance. The revenue generated from this purchase order is expected to be reflected in the company’s financial results starting from the second half (H2) of 2026.

The remaining financial benefits are projected to carry over into H1-27. This timeline aligns with the one-year duration of the supply contract and the expected delivery schedules.

National Signage confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction, ensuring that the contract was awarded through standard governmental procurement channels. The company noted that this order is a vital component of its broader corporate strategy.

By securing large-scale supply contracts with government entities, the firm aims to diversify its revenue streams and income sources. Furthermore, the company expects this project to bolster its market share within the industrial signage and metal supply sector, enhancing its overall operational integration.

In its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), the company’s shareholders passed several investment deals.
