Naqi Water to pay SAR 13m cash dividends for H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company’s board of directors has approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 13 million for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The payout is equivalent to SAR 1 per share, representing 6.50% of the nominal share value, according to a bourse disclosure.

The company confirmed that 13 million shares are eligible for the distribution. Shareholders owning stock by the close of trading on 30 July, and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, will be entitled to the dividend. Payment is scheduled to commence through Edaa on 4 August.

The distribution reflects a 50% reduction in the dividends due to Chairman Amin bin Abdullah Al-Mallah and Saqia United Group.

Both major shareholders, who each own 7 million shares representing 35% of the company, previously waived a portion of their entitlements for the fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028.

Naqi Water noted that a 5% withholding tax will apply to cash distributions transferred to non-resident investors through resident financial brokers.

On 1 July, Naqi Water signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire a 70% equity stake in Ahali Najd Car Rental Company.
