Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company generated an 86.27% increase in net profit for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, reaching SAR 8.87 million when compared to SAR 4.76 million in Q2-25.
The company attributed the growth to an 18.16% rise in quarterly revenue, which totaled SAR 60.46 million.
The financial results were supported by a strategic shift toward retail sales over wholesale in the water segment, alongside higher production capacity and sales from the table egg project.
Operating profit for the quarter surged by 109.28% to SAR 8.94 million, up from SAR 4.27 million a year earlier, as the company maintained manufacturing cost controls despite rising distribution expenses.
For the first six months of 2026, net profit reached SAR 15.08 million, a 79.54% increase from the SAR 8.40 million recorded in the first half of the previous year.
Half-year revenue climbed by 17.25% to SAR 112.13 million. Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period rose to SAR 0.75, compared to SAR 0.42 in the prior year.
Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 285.96 million as of 30 June 2026.
Naqi Water revised the distribution schedule for its cash dividends for H1-26, moving the payment date to 9 August 2026.
