Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company issued a corrective statement today regarding its board of directors' decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The company clarified that the distribution ratio relative to the nominal share value was incorrectly stated in its previous announcement.
According to the disclosure, the distribution ratio is 10% of the nominal share value, rather than the 6.50% figure reported on 12 July 2026.
The correction follows the initial board resolution concerning the dividend payout for the six-month period ending 30 June 2026. No other changes were made to the terms of the dividend distribution.
