Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company has revised the distribution schedule for its cash dividends covering the first half (H1) of 2026.
Following a board of directors' decision reached on 22 July 2026, the company has moved the dividend payment date to 9 August 2026.
The adjustment follows an initial announcement made on 12 July regarding the dividend payout.
The company stated that the rescheduling was necessary because it was unable to complete the required disbursement procedures with the relevant distribution entity within the previously established timeframe.
Naqi Water confirmed that this change is strictly limited to the payment date and does not affect the previously announced eligibility dates for shareholders.
The company further noted that there is no financial impact resulting from this administrative delay.
