Riyadh — Mubasher: National Agricultural Development Company (Nadec) announced the completion of all regulatory requirements and conditions to acquire the full stake of its partner in Al Raie National Livestock Company.
This transaction follows the initial purchase agreement signed on 3 May 2026, with Saudi Anaam Trading Company, a subsidiary of Al Muhaidib Group. With the conclusion of this deal, NADEC now holds 100% ownership of the entity.
The company confirmed it has satisfied the conditions set by the Agricultural Development Fund regarding the restructuring of ownership. These requirements included updating the articles of association and the commercial register to reflect the new 100% ownership structure.
As part of the finalization process, NADEC provided additional corporate guarantees and completed mortgage procedures for land areas located in Wadi Al Dawasir.
These measures were necessary to align with the Agricultural Development Fund requirements and the revised ownership framework of the livestock venture.
This acquisition marks the transition of Al Raie National Livestock from a joint venture (JV) to a wholly-owned subsidiary of NADEC.
In the January-June 2026 period, the listed company logged net profits totaling SAR 158.27 million, an annual plunge of 27.62% from SAR 218.68 million.
