Musharaka REIT Fund unveils Q2-26 financial results

Riyadh – Mubasher: Musharaka Capital released Musharaka REIT Fund’s income results for the period ended on 30 June 2026, according to the financial statements.

The fund reported total quarterly rental income of SAR 25.69 million, representing an increase of SAR 2.30 million, or by 10%, compared to the previous quarter.

The fund manager attributed the revenue growth to higher occupancy levels at the Pearl Residential Compound and Verdin Tower.

Efforts are currently underway to further increase occupancy at the Sea Shore Residential Compound and the Dhahran Hotel Apartments to bolster future income.

As of 30 June 2026, the fund’s total asset valuation stood at SAR 1.38 billion, with the unit price recorded at SAR 6.98.

Total debt reached SAR 673.98 million, resulting in a leverage ratio of 48.64% of total asset value. The average debt maturity is scheduled for 9 August 2029, with an exposure period of 3.19 years.

Total fund expenses for the quarter amounted to SAR 7.88 million, or 0.55% of total assets, marking a 3% decrease from the preceding quarter. The rental income yield on the unit price was reported at 3.81% for the period.
