Riyadh – Mubasher: Mulkia Investment, the fund manager of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT, released its statement for the period ended on 30 June 2026, reporting a rental income of SAR 24 million.
The fund’s total asset value reached SAR 1.59 billion, while the net asset value stood at SAR 824.97 million.
The fund’s leverage ratio was reported at 43.99% of total asset value, with a debt maturity date set for 28 December 2027.
Total expenses and fees for the quarter, including depreciation and management fees, amounted to SAR 14.07 million, representing 0.88% of total assets. Rental income relative to the unit price for the period was 5.01%.
As of the end of June 2026, the unit price on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) was SAR 4.62, compared to an indicative unit price of SAR 7.95.
The fund manager confirmed a cash distribution of SAR 0.08 per unit for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, which was paid to unit holders of record as of 30 April 2026.
The fund’s portfolio remains diversified across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, with several properties maintaining 100% occupancy levels.
