Mouwasat sees 3% higher profits in 9M-26; revenues hit SAR 2.5bn

Riyadh - Mubasher: Mouwasat Medical Services Company generated net profits amounting to SAR 600.40 million in the first nine months of 9M-26, an annual rise of 2.86% from SAR 583.67 million.

The revenues climbed by 9.77% to SAR 2.56 billion in 9M-26, supported by the commencement of operations at the company’s Yanbu hospital in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 and higher occupancy rates in inpatient departments.

Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 3, while total shareholders' equity reached SAR 4.15 billion.

In Q3-26, the group’s net profits dropped by 5.83% to SAR 188.01 million from SAR 199.66 million in Q3-25. The company attributed the quarterly decline to a high base effect in the previous year, which included the collection of doubtful debts. Excluding this impact, the net profit growth would have been 4.30%.

Quarterly revenue grew by 10.17% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 856.37 million.

On a sequential basis, net profit fell by 11.05% from SAR 211.38 million in Q2-26. This was due to seasonal holiday effects on revenue and a non-recurring capital gain of SAR 20.50 million from land sales recorded in the previous quarter.
