Riyadh - Mubasher: Miahona Company has completed its acquisition of Sha’s Water Services Limited for a total consideration of SAR 95.01 million.
The transaction follows the satisfaction of all regulatory requirements and the receipt of a non-objection certificate from the General Authority for Competition, which was previously disclosed on 13 September 2026.
Under the terms of the share purchase agreement, Miahona may pay an additional performance-linked sum of up to SAR 7.70 million.
This earn-out is contingent upon Sha’s Water and its subsidiaries achieving specific operational targets. Following the transfer of ownership and the documentation of the amended articles of association, Sha’s Water has become a subsidiary of the company.
The acquisition aligns with Miahona’s strategy to scale its water distribution operations within Riyadh, targeting residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Management expects the deal to create operational synergies and strengthen its market position within industrial cities.
The financial impact of the transaction is slated to appear in the company’s financial statements starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
