Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has approved the distribution of SAR 30 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
The payout is equivalent to SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the company's nominal share value.
The dividend distribution will apply to 30 million eligible shares. According to the company disclosure, Eligibility date for shareholders is set for 3 August 2026, with the actual payment scheduled to commence on 12 August.
The company confirmed that Banque Saudi Fransi will handle the distribution via direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders' investment portfolios.
MIS noted that a 5% withholding tax will apply to cash distributions transferred to non-resident investors through resident financial intermediaries.
Non-resident investors with tax exemptions must provide supporting documentation to the company's investor relations department within seven days of the eligibility date.
In June, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) of MIS authorized the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2026.
