MIS awarded SAR 81m project contract by CMA

Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has been awarded a contract by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) valued at SAR 80.88 million, inclusive of value-added tax.

The project was officially awarded on 3 August 2026, with the contract signing expected to take place on 3 September 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will provide integrated managed services to operate and develop the CMA’s technical infrastructure.

The scope of work includes the operation and support of business applications, technical systems, and the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC).

Additionally, the company will manage infrastructure components such as virtual servers, operating systems, network security, databases, and storage and recovery systems.

The project is designed to ensure business continuity and enhance operational efficiency by providing flexible capacity for continuous improvement and development.

The contract also covers project governance, management services, and technical support to meet targeted performance and availability levels. The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net profits fell by 15.85% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 55.65 million from SAR 66.13 million.
